Dialverse provides done-for-you voice-AI and automation that helps businesses respond to and follow up with their leads and book appointments. Details, scope, and pricing of any engagement are agreed separately in a written proposal or agreement.

2. No guarantee of results

Any examples, figures, or case studies shown are illustrations of what is possible and are not promises of specific outcomes. Results depend on many factors we do not control, including your lead volume, offer, market, and follow-through. We do not guarantee any particular number of appointments, deals, revenue, or return.

3. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information and keep your account/contact details current.
Use our services and any communications lawfully, including compliance with all applicable calling, texting, and privacy laws (e.g., TCPA) and obtaining any consents required to contact your own leads.
Not misuse, copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the site or services.

4. Intellectual property

The site, its content, branding, and the Dialverse name and logo are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to view the site for its intended purpose; no other rights are granted.

5. Third-party services

The site relies on third-party tools (e.g., scheduling, CRM, analytics, and advertising platforms). We are not responsible for third-party services or their content, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

6. Disclaimers

The site and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dialverse will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Dialverse harmless from claims arising out of your use of the site or services or your violation of these Terms or applicable law (including how you contact your own leads).

9. Governing law
